OUR WORKSHOPS

UNCONDITIONALLY POSITIVE AND UNCONDITIONAL PERSEVERANCE

Bodhi is introducing new workshops for parents and young adults to assist them in facing the challenges they face in day to day life. It consists of online sessions, recorded videos, homework activities and more. The aim of the program is to create an awareness about our own mind and psychological processes, so that we can be more present about our situation and take appropriate action.

Our traditional and conventional upbringing has taught nothing about emotional resilience or maturity. And when we face a failure, most of us either burst out or suppress our negative emotions. We don't take our mental health and emotional well being seriously that we brush them aside and hope success, money or love will heal us.

Developing an awareness about our inner psyche can help us in gaining a picture about what is the next best step we can take, how to handle our emotions & how to communicate with our loved ones so that our true love and affection can show up without letting anger and impulsivity ruin our relationships.

The area of our life where such a deep awareness is quite necessary is parenting. As parents we hold immense power in creating the psyche of our child. Imparting a good emotional resilience in children require an emotionally mature parent.

Our Workshops try to aid you in both these areas, to help you transform yourself so that both you and your child can benefit. It is developed from the principle of positivity of being positive unconditionally even about our negative situations and emotions.

It is only through that acceptance that we can overcome our challenges and move forward. We provide valuable insights, techniques, strategies and skills to achieve this.
